For example, my state universities have organized competitions focused on technology for young children and young people to participate in, creating useful equipment for daily needs, like buses. When it comes to older people, the government can encourage them by providing advice to help them advance. One approach is to discuss various problems in the area or the country, allowing older individuals to share their experiences and knowledge, including many innovations, to benefit everyone.
