Well, there is only one way that I think that government will be successful to encourage people to innovate and show their creativity in our society and that way is to arrange so many different shows and programs. So I’m a person who knows how to do this. Like in my college I was the class captain and my teacher told me that I judged students’ creativity and I told him how can we judge and he gave me an idea and he told me that arrange shows and give different talks to people to complete and they will show their creativity automatically. People are introvert basically, they don’t want to show their creativity all by themselves so you have to give them a chance. What government can do is that they can arrange so many programs or shows or so many things that will give people opportunity to show their creativity, to show their innovation to the rest of the people who are in society. And that’s how a government can encourage people. Because people need a chance and the chance is given by the government. they should arrange so many shows and programs and that’s how they can do this.
