I do understand that there is a huge age gap, and finding solutions is not really that hard. I feel it depends on your workplace itself. If the workplace has an open mind and has smart, unique people who work there, they can actually work together hand in hand. When I was a child, I saw a demonstration from my father about how humans could work together. I was really confused as a child. Why can't people of different ages—young, adult, and older—work together? But now I understand. It's not about age; it's about different mentalities and mindsets. Some people have a very unique mindset, while others are more closed-minded. One of the solutions you may use is to have activities where older and younger people do things together. We can also use trust challenges, and we cannot forget about food. Food is the fastest way to bring people together and close the gap. Additionally, you can create a lot of competition among teams, fostering collaboration and understanding.

And also you can’t make them have a lot of competition together, team by team.
