Well, I think it really depends on the purpose of the conversation. If we are talking with our friends or family, I think we should meet face to face, as we can better understand their emotions and feelings, which strengthens our bonds and relationships with them. On the other hand, if we just need to talk to a person with whom we don't intend to be close or build a relationship, we can talk to them online because this saves time and energy traveling to other places.
