Well, I would definitely say that it's not the easiest part of my life because since childhood I was a very quiet kid, and even now for me it's really hard to just talk to a stranger on the street or to the seller in the shop just to ask something, and to make friends is also hard for me because I always think that I'm not enough and I look isn't good or do something wrong.

I avoid using them when I am walking, running or cycling. Wearing headphones is extremely dangerous when you are outside. As you can hear sound surrounding, you know accidents can happen in the most unaccepted way. So it is a must to know what’s happening around you
