I think it’s not good for people to change jobs frequently because of several reasons. Firstly, I would say in many companies and industries, the managers of those places need to observe the quality of works of new workers by giving them a very low salary which can affect the quality of life of workers who come as a newcomer. And moreover, if someone changes their job frequently again and again, they cannot develop their life, their well-being. They just remain in a particular place’s stability which can affect their brain, well-being and also quality of their life.
