From my point of view, I think it's not good for people to change their jobs rapidly. By doing the same work, they can acclimate to it, while changing jobs makes it difficult to adjust. People should do their favorite things, their favorite work. For instance, if people change their jobs frequently and rapidly, they may not get used to their work. They might start hating it and can earn a lot of headaches. I think that's all I have to say.
