Well, it's a good and tricky question because I want to talk about people who want to express their ideas or opinions about any subject, even if they don't have any understanding of the matter. I think it's not a good aspect for people. I often see this behavior, especially in young people, because they want to present themselves in any situation. On the other hand, if some people have a good opinion with the right aspects about any matter, it can help improve situations regarding that matter.
