M. It's really hard to say, but I think in most scenarios, it's very unlikely they can achieve any goals without motivation. Just accept the goals are very low, very easy to complete. For example, there are many people who try hard to learn English. However, they are not motivated and they find a lot of challenges and also roadblocks along the way during the process. So, most of them fail to excel in English. Yeah.
