I don’t think so that we have to give the sense to the materialistic value while choosing a job because the doing our passion should give us a sense of satisfaction. It should not be a pleasure on us for doing our job to gain some monitoring benefits I think the self satisfaction is far more choosing money while doing a job in any organization.
