As we all know, India is a diverse and language-rich country. That's why there are so many people who learn various foreign languages. In order to do that, I think English is the first language they learn. The next languages are probably Dutch and German. Some may speak other languages as well, but most likely, these are the international languages that are becoming increasingly popular worldwide. So they may learn these languages to enhance their knowledge and broaden their horizons.
