It's true that our perception of time can change, and I believe people's lifestyles have shifted significantly compared to the past. Many individuals are now workaholics, struggling to find time for relaxation amidst their busy schedules. This can lead to various health issues like anxiety, depression, and stress. Additionally, people have less time to pursue hobbies, which can contribute to their well-being. Overall, I think there's been a drastic change in how people manage their time compared to previous generations.

Well, as we know that time spins with every spin. There is a change. I believe that there is a vast change in the people lifestyle as compared to the past because nowadays many of the individuals become a workaholic and do not get ample time to get relief from their hectic schedules. So that’s why they are having a very various health complications like anxiety, depression, stress, et cetera. One more thing I would like to add on it is that people also have a less time to pursue their hobbies, which keeps them fit. So I can say that it is drastically changed from the past.
