Well, today I am going to talk about whether people should buy anything that they don't really need or not. First and foremost, in today's fast-paced life, shopping and purchasing items have become one of the most intriguing and popular activities that people love to do. To begin with, no one can deny the enjoyable and pleasurable experience that shopping offers us. However, it can have a number of drawbacks, not only on ourselves but also on the environment. Another point that is worth mentioning is that advertising plays a pivotal role in influencing purchasing decisions. However, some ads can be deceiving and lead people to buy things that don't match their needs in life. So people should be mindful of what they're going to purchase and how advertising could affect them. Finally, excessive purchasing can lead to disadvantages for the environment. For instance, it can harm the environment. Minimizing unnecessary consumption means that we can conserve resources and contribute to sustainable development. It can be firmly said that buying things is important and shopping is a really pleasurable experience. However, people should distinguish between wants and needs for their overall development and for the environment.
