Yes, I think buildings should be attractive. It's a good thing to have beautiful buildings that people can enjoy looking at. However, safety is paramount. Especially in this country, all buildings need to be safe and able to protect people from natural disasters. While aesthetics are important, they shouldn't come at the expense of safety.

Yes, it is. Um. It is good thing. Yes, I believe it is a good thing to have, um, various kinds of beautiful buildings for anybody to look at them and enjoying. But at least in this country, all the buildings need to be safe and be capable, uh, to protect people from natural disasters.
