Interesting because it is very relatable to my current office. Initially, my director has always put the well-being of the employees on top of the list. But later on, as the NGO culture here in Indonesia became a bit challenging since Trump held the funding for developing countries, we also need to think about profit. In my experience, I think that mental health needs to be prioritized in the workplace because it is what matters to keep the office going. Not to mention that profit is not unimportant for an NGO like mine, but if all of the people inside the office are happy, I think it will attract positive funding, positive whatever it is.
