But I completely disagree with that because I think it disguise people’s motivation and it creates fear. Like when people invest their time, a lot of time in their work, she got low salary. So it’s very sad. Actually it discovers people’s individual motivations to work properly because when doctors and engineers work hard to get their salary, you get their establishment. Others people sat down and just do some work and got same salary. So it’s very hazardous situation and I think when people work in the farm, so it should be high salary but when we saw that lazy person got the same salary also, it creates very adverse situation in our society.
