I am always curious to learn about something new, which has really helped me in my life. The same thing happened when I left my hometown in 2016 to pursue my further studies and career. I decided to move to the metropolitan city of Vadodara, and the initial stage was very tough for me because I did not have any knowledge about cooking. I spent more than 200 rupees every day on my lunch and dinner. So, I decided to find a course related to culinary skills. I searched for classes and institutions on Google, and I luckily found a very good institution located next to my college, so I did not have to worry about commuting. It was a three-month culinary course, and when I enrolled, I felt out of my depth on the first day because it was a tough process. I realized that I needed curiosity and patience to learn something new, but gradually, within a week, I learned many things because my instructor was very good and always supported me. First, I learned some traditional Gujarati dishes, and slowly, I began to make delicious dishes with my hands. Apart from that, they also taught us basic bakery items like cookies and cakes. Within three months, I developed good cooking skills, and I felt over the moon when I prepared traditional Gujarati food and shared it with my friends. All in all, this is the course I enrolled in for three months, and I learned many things.

So within a 3 months I played with good cooking hands and I felt over the moon when I prepared traditional Gujarati food and shared that with my friends. So all in all this is the course which I enrolled for 3 months and I learnt many things.
