So he is a friend of mine from college and we have finished our UG degree program BSc Horns Horticulture together. So why I would choose this person is because he is a part of my project team and I was the head and he was the most cooperative person in the team and he would do anything I would ask and also he cooperated for me in all the time and also was very helpful. He is also a very knowledgeable person and knows more things about the hydrophonics project that we did. So I am also going to work on hydrophonics so I think his knowledge and his hands on training experience would help me in my work and also he is currently doing his masters in post-alvers technology in Tamil Nadu Agriculture University. So I think he would gain more knowledge in the field of horticulture and also will be very useful for my work offline in the future and also he has plethora of opportunities and also knowledge and internships that he had before. So those criteria are very important for my line of work and I think he is equipped with all those cutting edge technology knowledge and he would be very helpful for me in the work.
