Actually one of my friend lives in Manali. Last year she invited uh. She invited me to her home. That’s why my friends and I planned a trip to visit her. When we went we. When we visitd her home in the evening she prepared a special dish for us. The name of the dish was sidhu which was. Which was famous Kashmir. Which was famous dish of Kashmir. It was. It was actually looked like a giant momo. And it was served uh, with green chilli and coconut curry. Um, the dish was quite eye catchy because it was decorated with the seshame seeds. When I took the first bit white I was amazed by the taste. And um. The coconut curry was too much flavorful. I was this dish when I ate it, I actually I tried it for the first time and I was over the moon because it was my first time to try an unusual dis. But it was an unforgettable moment experience for me. I don’t know the exact recipe of this dish but I think uh. I think the main recipe includes lentils, all purpose floors and some kind of uh, spices. It was exactly like uh, cook cooked like Mamos’s. But. But the taste was extraordinary. I can’t forget that flavful curry taste. So this was uh, a great experience my friend is extra care and attention. I was impressed.
