To me, there is no other way but just to complain. And I have complained about my. One of the team members which is allocated by the reviewer. And in our team, we are four members, and there is one girl who is not even participating in the group discussions or not even participating in the, uh, online meetings also. So then we have decided to complain about her to our reviewer, who has assigned the project to our. And, uh, we are facing so much of, uh, so much issues because her lack of her lack of presentation and her lack of helplessness. And then we encourage with her, but she’s not listening to us. So then we have raised our voice and complained to the reviewer and the review. After complaining to the reviewer, the reviewer has meeting with her private. And after then she is actively participating in the group project and she is helping. Very good. Uh, but the final outcome is very good. So we people are satisfied.
