So here I am going to talk about time when I complained about something and I got a good result. So remember a couple of months ago I went outside with my friends to have a dinner. We were actually out doing activity and we were very hungry after that so we went to restaurant and we ordered a food and after waiting for half an hour I remember they gave us the food but when we tasted the taste was not as much good as it used to be. It was very sweet and it didn’t go well with our tongue especially for me because I don’t have a sweet tooth. I like things spicy. So I wasn’t satisfied with that so I immediately asked for customer service and I asked them to food for my complaint to the manager and I remember they were very quick to respond to my complaint and moreover the manager came very quickly from the kitchen and he consulted me. He asked me what was the reason and I told him that the taste is not good and it’s not satisfying my tongue. So he immediately guaranteed me to make a new dish of similar kind and within 15 minutes. Additionally he also gave me a complimented discount because it was his staff’s mistake to make that dish. He actually they were mixing some different items with something. So I remember after he brought the new dish I was very satisfied and I started feeling aroma already from the kitchen. At the moment he took the dish to my table. I smelled the aroma and it was so delicious. I enjoyed it so much and I still remember this and I was very thankful for the manager. So it was a time for something when I complained about something and I finally got a good result.
