Well in my entire life I do remember that I have never complained about anything to anyone. However today I would like to talk about a time when I complained about a hotel service that I felt it was very disappointing experience for me. So it was a time to embark with it was a time when I had a meeting in Mumbai. So I went to I booked in a hotel. It was a married hotel located in Mumbai where I went there. The receptionist did not even greeted me nor did she guided me to my room. She just handed over the keys and said that it’s on second or third floor. Try to figure out on your own. She was quite rude with me. So I thought she should learn some manners about customer service at first. So I complained about her to the manager about all the scenarios. The manager was very good. He took the feedback positively and asked the receptionist to apologize me and try to come up with certain ways which she can do to repay her wrongdoings. I was quite satisfied by the way the manager took the feedback and responded. I felt like it needs courage to take complaints and to resolve it. So I was over the moon.
