Normally, I do not like to complain a lot, but whenever I find something is not okay, I prefer to complain about it because it ensures that it will not happen again in the future. Here, I would like to talk about a watch that I bought online a few months ago, but when it arrived, it wasn't working properly. The hands of the watch were not keeping correct time, and to resolve this issue, I contacted customer service. I explained the whole situation to them and provided some proof of the problem through pictures and videos. This happened three months ago when I bought the watch from an online sale. I was really excited about this new watch, so facing all these issues was disappointing for me. The customer service team was very polite and responsive. After hearing all my problems, they verified the issue and decided to replace the watch with a newer one. After a few days, they sent me the new model watch and additionally included a complimentary strap as a gift. I was really satisfied with all these services because the company not only resolved my issue but also exceeded my expectations. Now, I trust their products even more, and the gesture made me feel valued. The newer product worked very well, and this is all about the problem.
