Even though it seems one of the interesting games for children, we with our colleagues try to play this game when it snows. So as to remember our childhood. While playing snow we can feel more friendly and funny. We have a good day and it helps to refresh our mind and unwind after a stressful day at work. Participating in these activities helps us to establish relationships among colleagues by fostering a relaxed atmosphere where we can interact outside of our usual work roles. It encourages open communication and making it easier to collaborate on projects and support one another in our daily tasks. And that’s why I can say that fun activities are essential in the workplace because they enhance employee engagement. They provide a break from routine tasks reducing work.
