There was a moment this year when I had to be completely honest about my studies, even though it was quite difficult. My parents asked me how my studies were going, and instead of pretending everything was perfect, I told them the truth: I was struggling with reading and listening, and I felt stressed. It wasn't easy to admit it because I really wanted to make them proud. When I opened up, they were a bit surprised at first, but they reacted very kindly. They didn't blame me at all. Instead, they encouraged me, helped me organize a better study plan, and reminded me that progress takes time. Their support actually made me feel more motivated. I think being honest in such a situation is extremely important because it allows others to understand what you truly need. If you hide your weaknesses, no one can help you. It also helps you grow and face your problems.
