Well, I see in this picture two women. In the first picture, she is a cook, preparing a salad. She is very happy and she has a healthy body. In the second picture, she eats a lot of hamburgers and chicken. She has an unhealthy body, but she is very happy and laughing. What are the advantages of eating fresh food over processed food? One advantage of eating fresh food is that it is very beneficial for your body. Processed food is very disadvantageous for your health. Why do some people choose to eat unhealthy fast food? Some people like unhealthy fast food because it is very delicious. So they eat more fast food. But I think eating unhealthy fast food is disadvantageous for your health.
