I partially agree with this idea. It affects a lot of people in environments where they are educated but don't find a job. It will be an effective method to teach students practical skills that they can use in the future to decrease unemployment. On the other hand, theoretical information is also necessary for being prepared for future changes and situations. To sum up, I think it can be one of the most effective solutions, but it should be balanced with other ways.
