The city and the countryside are two different environments that satisfy different needs of human life. The big city survives as a hub for material and intellectual growth. It offers a vast job market with broad opportunities to earn a high income and build a successful career in modern fields. Furthermore, top-tier educational institutions, advanced hospitals and cultural centers that broadened a person’s worldview are concentrated in the city. In short, the city is a space of progress and opportunity. The countryside, on the other hand, reserves a person’s physical and mental health due to fever factories and cars. The air in rural areas is clean, which is highly beneficial for heart-enlightened health. A quick life close to nature, away from the hustle and bustle, calms the nervous system and reduces stress. Additionally, consuming natural or organic food growing in one’s own garden strengthens the immune system, while war and genuine neighborhood relationships provide mental peace. In conclusion, while the city elevates a person socially and financially, the countryside keeps them physically and mentally healthy.
