One film that felt me disappointing was The Cats released in 2019. I was very excited because I’d always loved the musical stage genre and it was based on famous musical stage film. And I was particularly intrigued about how performances and shows would be adapted for the screen. Many people had unsupported and the hype around it made me feel curious about to see how it would look on the screen. However, it wasn’t a worse hype for me because the plot was very confusing and hard to follow. This was the main source of this may. Also, computer-generated images used to make the actors look like cats, gave them bizarre and slightly crispy facial expressions, which distracted me from the story. To make matters worse, the film was dragging on in several signs, making it to feel unnecessarily a tiring and long. Also some moments were very poor, especially the humor and show humor and song sequences. It didn’t feel like natural. Overall, even though it had a talented cast and famous music, it couldn’t meet my expectations. And the car film was a film that I was really looking forward to watch it, but after that it ended up with disappointing. And it reminded me that even a film with a lot of hype and well-known titles may not be as good as the film enjoyable as expected. So for those who still want to watch I would prefer to going with low expectations and focusing on just story, focusing on just music rather than story itself and also some visual effects.
