I'm not entirely sure, but if I had to guess, language can influence the perception of time and culture. In my opinion, it's mainly related to culture. In this world, there is a lot of variety in languages. The type of language can differ from country to country. In one country, there may be a different traditional language. That kind of speech is very different because one language may have a strong pitch, while another one is more poetic. So, the language can really change the culture. In my city, people tend to speak more strongly because the language has a strong pitch. People in another city may express things differently, but that's not anger; it's just a different traditional language.
