I believe that the Arts and Culture program should be publicly funded because it will be beneficial for both the country and the community. It should be supported by the public because if it belongs to private entities, they may try to exploit it or sell it to certain individuals. We don't want that. It's better to keep it open-source rather than having it owned by one group. That's why I believe that it's better to have public funding by users.

I believe that the Arts and Culture program should be publicly founded because it will be beneficial for both the country and then this user. So we got to be, of course, found by the public because if it’s belong to the private, they will try to steal it or try to sell it for certain persons. We don’t want that. So it’s better to always keep it like open source version instead of founded or belong to one group. That’s why I believe that it’s better to have public phone by users.
