Yes, the hotel that comes to mind is a hotel in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, which is in India, and this hotel is particularly special to me because I have stayed there multiple times. It is right on Meer Ghat. Meer Ghat is one of the many ghats that Varanasi has, and it is right at the center. You have many of the other ghats to your left and many to your right, and the specialty of this particular hotel is that its location gives it a unique advantage. If you stand on the balcony, especially on the higher floors—my favorite is the third floor—it looks like you are right on top of the Ganges. You can see the beautiful river stretching out in front of you with its boats, or at night, you can see the light dancing on the water.
