Ok, automation can be seen as a really positive impact in the advancement of technology, but actually, it's a double-edged sword and has a lot of disadvantages in the workplace. I would say the first and most important thing is that automation is replacing jobs, causing stress and frustration, but most importantly, it leads to economic problems within families. Nowadays, I would say that it's really complicated to mitigate because all companies are trying to be more automated and not depend too much on human services. However, there are some activities that cannot be replaced by technology. So, I would say that there must be effective laws to avoid the use of automation in all areas and to designate some areas where it should not be implemented.

But I could say that there are some activities that cannot be replaced from the technology.
