Actually sports has a number of benefits for our body and mental health. First of all, when people practice some workouts they keep fit and enhance their health condition. Additionally, sport gives us energy, patience and follow health lifestyle and time management when they do some kind of sports. As for me, I go in for stadiums 3 times a week to do some training.

How often do you use public transportation?
I use public transportation quite often especially when I need to travel to busy places. Buses and trains are convenient and affordable and also help reduce traffic. I usually use them several times a week for work, shopping or visiting friends. Public transportation also allows me to relax instead of worrying about driving.
Your typical daily routine
I will wake up early morning and have a class after dressing up. I will clean up my bed and I will prepare hook board egg and tea for my breakfast. At about 6.30 I will go for studying class. I have been taking classes for going abroad.
