Firstly, I must tell you that I’m not too familiar with personalized learning technologies. But from what I know, these are devices that are designed to teach children in primary and secondary education to help them learn more effectively and I think everything that is personalized to or tailored to one’s preferences is always a good thing and it will certainly help the students to learn more enjoyably but I think too much personalization will inhibit growth since we know that growth usually happens in a difficult situation so students must also learn to study in ways that they are not familiar with so I think both of these needs to be considered although I don’t see any reason to not do personalized learning technologies.
