That’s a very interesting question I have actually never thought about it before. But I think one of the potential long-term disadvantages of this increasing probability of individualized learning plans in education is that learners might feel isolated throughout learning their desire, their enrolled programs and this might lead to these learners not being motivated enough to complete the course or not motivated enough to actually learn it. Another aspect of this long-term consequences is that this can also lead to these learners not being able to study together with other people and it might certainly or maybe partially reduce their ability to learn within a group and I think that is the potential long-term consequences.
