It's normal for people to change jobs, and there are several reasons why. For me, the most important reason to change jobs is a new offer with a higher salary. Another important factor is the opportunity for growth. For example, in my current company, I was promoted to a senior backend developer role. In my previous company, I was a middle backend developer, so this was a significant level of advancement for me.
