Well, I think its’normal things for all people to change their jobop and there are several reasons for them. Uh, to me the most important things to change my job is having a new offer and absolutely more pay. And another thing is very important for me is making new opportunities. Uh, for example, I remember that uh, in my new company where I have been working for them uh, I got an opportunity to work as a senior backend developer. Whereas uh, I work uh, when I was, when I worked for my previous company I worked as a middle backend, uh, developer and I think it’s important level rising for me.
