I usually spend my free time on sports activities like playing volleyball or football. The reason these sports are so common in my country and around the world is that when I play them, I feel happy. Therefore, I prefer to spend my time engaging in such activities. I also experience a lot of emotions when I play these games with my friends. Additionally, if I regularly play these games, my health may improve. It may improve significantly.
