Well, people in my country spend one or 2 hours in a day. All the teenager runs three or 5 km in the morning and evening. Adults walk for or 5000 steps in one day. Walk, uh, around in the street in order to keep feet. Other humans train in the gym. The main reason is that they want to be strong and they keep fit.
