In my country, many people stay fit by engaging in various sports and activities. A lot of people play basketball, volleyball, and tennis. Some people join gyms or fitness centers. Others prefer outdoor activities like running, cycling, or hiking. It's common to see people walking or jogging in parks and public spaces. Many schools also encourage physical activity through sports programs and extracurricular activities. Overall, there's a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and staying active.

On a daily basis I train with sport, which is my teacher suggested me from time to time. I play basketball, volleyball with my classmates. After school I went to the tennis club when I was ten years old. An interesting fact is that I don’t sing without sports my entire life I spent a lot of time for sports order to get fit then other teenagers. Furthermore, I play cricket, chess. Those who play chess or monopoly pro on their mental skills.
