Well, I haven't found anything negative about my job until now, but I would say the working days of our company are a bit hectic because we only get one weekend, while some companies offer two weekends, Friday and Saturday. If we had two weekends, we could spend more time with our family and friends. However, my company balances the weekends with our unknown holidays, so we do not have any complaints about it. Still, if we had two weekends, we would be able to work more efficiently.
