Well, if I'm on vacation, I often head to the sea or visit a lot of parks. However, if you know, I try to stay indoors with an air conditioner or in case I have to go outside, I look for ways to spend time in cool shady places. Drinking plenty of water is essential, and, uh, indulging in ice cream helps to cool off.
