Honestly, I don't think a customer service job would suit me. I am a very shy person, and I don't enjoy talking to strangers. That's why I don't want to do this kind of work. But if I had to, I would probably struggle with problem-solving. There would be so many people, and I would have to deal with a lot of issues, especially with negative reviews about the products. I would have to handle those kinds of situations. That's why I don't like these jobs. I believe connecting with people is the hardest part, and that's why I wouldn't want to do this.
