Honestly, I don’t think a customer service job would suit me. I am very shy person and I don’t enjoy talking to strangers. That’s why I don’t want to do this kind of work. But if I had to, I would probably struggle with my solving problem. There would be so many people and I would have to deal with a lot of issues, especially with negative review about the products. I would have to handle those kinds of situations. That’s why I don’t like the jobs. I believe connecting with people is the hardest part and that’s why I wouldn’t want to do this.
