There are various things, or I could say factors, that make countries different from each other. But in my view, culture and environment have the most impact on this matter. Because every country has different history, and their geography is unique on their own. And maybe in Europe, most countries have the same environment, but in the south or in the north of the country, mostly they are different. So that makes a country different from each other, in my view.
