Since I have a hectic lifestyle, I don't have much free time, but as soon as I find some, I grab my headphones, put on my favorite music, and just walk through the streets of my neighborhood. This helps me reflect and refresh my mind. Sometimes I visit the park near my house because I enjoy watching the beautiful musical fountain there.
