There are a lot of factors which people considered when choosing a job and I would like to mention 3 of those factors. So first would be people look for a high package meaning they want a salary that is higher than the national average and second they want job security. People nowadays are worrying about the boom of AI and they want to do a job that cannot be replaced by AI. And third people want to do jobs that require less effort. Now this sounds pretty contradictory from the first point. But people are getting lazier day by day because they want the fruit early on and they don’t want to work hard towards their goal. And because of the internet and people are becoming more lazier due to the internet because the internet provides intense gratification and this has damaged the youth very much. Thank you.
