I recently met a client who used our service. He let us manage his portfolio of around 10 million baht. However, in the past few years, the portfolio didn't perform well, so he was planning to transfer his money out of our company. It was very disappointing. But I tried to convince him to stay. I showed empathy and understood why he decided to take that action. We also expressed our heartfelt apologies and were determined to improve the portfolio's performance. In the end, he gave us another chance to redeem ourselves.
