There are many differences between big companies and small companies. Big companies often face more pressure from the government and the public because they are expected to contribute to the well-being of society. For example, they might be involved in large projects or host seminars to help their employees develop their skills. Small companies, on the other hand, may not experience the same level of pressure and have more freedom to operate according to their own vision. They might be more focused on specific niche markets or have a more entrepreneurial approach. Ultimately, the size of a company can significantly impact its goals, resources, and overall operating style.
