On weekdays, I like to wake up at 7 am. Then I get 30 minutes for my exercises and breakfast. When I'm done with my exercise and breakfast, I get ready for work. I work from 9 am to 5 pm, and after that, I watch TV or use my phone before going to sleep. On weekends, I like to go out with my friends or spend time with my family.
