For a BBQ, I really enjoy a variety of foods. Roasted meats are always a favorite, especially marinated chicken, juicy burgers, and tender ribs. I also love adding some sauces to the mix for that smoky flavor. In addition to meats, I think grilled vegetables are a fantastic option. Bell peppers, zucchini, and corn on the cob taste amazing when they are charred. I often prepare fresh shallots or some coleslaw as a side dish to balance out the meal.
